This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Website, whose purpose is to provide information about the Madre Lievito restaurants, their menu, table bookings, events and contact details. Accessing the Website makes you a user and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

You agree to use the Website and its contents lawfully and appropriately, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, good faith and public order. It is forbidden to use the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes, to introduce viruses or any system that may damage it, or to attempt to access restricted areas.

4. Bookings and third-party services

Table bookings are handled through the external platform HIOPOS (cloudclient64.hiopos.com), which opens in a separate window and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Madre Lievito is not responsible for the operation of that platform. Event enquiries are handled by email or WhatsApp; sending an enquiry does not confirm the event until Madre Lievito expressly confirms it.

Prices, dishes and opening hours published on the Website are for information only and may change without notice. The current offer is the one available at each restaurant.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All Website content (texts, photographs, logos, trademarks, design, source code) is owned by GS Legal Innovation Services, S.L. or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited.
